Septic Pumping
Maintenance & Repairs

We do septic pumping from Arcadia to Redlands and from Mount Baldy to Corona. Pricing differs depend on the distance from our base in Ontario.

It is recommended by us and the county, that you pump your septic tank every 2-3 years with a full household, and every 5-6 years if there's only one or two people residing in the house.

We can electronically locate your septic system with ease if you don't know where it is, and install risers on the lids for easy access the next time you have them pumped.

We do septic certifications for escrow, and all repairs including seepage pit and leach-line installs. And if sewer is available where you live, we also do sewer connections.

In the close to 40 years we've been in business we have learned how and when to properly maintain a septic system, so that consumers, like you, won't have issues with them in the future.

If you're thinking "Well, I havent had a problem so far!," and wait until you do, chances are it is too late. By this point your leaching system is already saturated with solids, requiring the installation a new one. The cost for repairs, on average, is around $5000.00. Trenchless Pipe Repairs

Trenchless Pipe Repair is an inexpensive alternative to a complete sewer line replacement.

After first assessing whether or not this method of pipe repair is suitable for your particular needs, the pipe will then thoroughly cleaned using a high-pressure jetting process. After which a new liner is installed into the cleaned line, creating a new seamless and leak proof "inner pipe," thereby allowing the pipe to return to full service

Installation is usually completed within 1-2 hours with little disruption for the property owners.
